Delivery & Shipping
Our orders are usually ready for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is received and are delivered by DHL without a signature. If you prefer a DHL shipment via registered mail, please contact us before selecting this delivery method, as additional costs will apply.
Shipping within Germany:
- shipping costs: For delivery to end customers in Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5.99 per order (insured package).
- free of shipping costs: For orders with a value of €70 or more, delivery within Germany is free of charge.
- Delivery time:The delivery time within Germany is approximately 3-5 business days.
